Using natural, seasonal ingredients, churned daily on site, our chefs have created a truly artisan gelato that has been winning national awards since 2008.
Onsite at Provenance is our artisan butchery, The Butcher. We purchase whole bodies direct from local farmers and breakdown the animals ourselves so that we can utilise each cut of meat. In doing so, we aim to provide our customers with a product with traceability. We can be confident that the animals have been raised in an environment where they are nourished, tended to and cared for, creating what we believe to be the best tasting produce for our customers plate.
Hipgroup is committed to providing an exceptional and world class customer experience. We can tailor the experience to your needs and offer both front of house and back of house team members at $30 per hour with minimum of 3 hours.
Catering and events will be invoiced for payment on the 20th of each month by direct debit or paid via invoice
